Worst work environment in the Business Development Team. The GM (Business Development) does not have any knowledge about the sales process or maturity and makes the team work like a call center. Pure night shifts and senseless targets ( as applicable to a call center) and not an IT company. My sincere advise is please do not join the Business Development team and spoil your career. Job security is very poor they done mass hiring for a project and when that project failed they did not have any other job to offer and we were asked to give our resign

This company ensures work life balance of employee with all govt prescribed employee benefits.No toxic environment. Everyone feels same level .

This company work on project basis , so job security is not there. Once project is withdrawn ,ur employment too will be withdrawn.
