I have been working here for nearly a year now and have no issues whatsoever. Besides the lack of a clear progression towards a 'promotion', things are quite balanced. The people you work with are focused and committed and there is a feeling of camaraderie rather than a typical boss-worker situation. Flexible work hours and days are a big plus.

Although there is not much to dislike, transparency regarding the pay structure works would be a welcome addition during onboarding, along with regular updates regarding the changes in functioning, SOP, etc.

The editors were the best thing about the place. they are knowledgeable and are never irritated to help a writer with any query. The content manager/ topic provider is a really admirable person as well. working remotely was definitely a plus.

Dislikes

I joined as a sports writer. however, I barely wrote about the particular sport. Clickbait headlines and digging up personal life were the basic focus of the articles we wrote. It killed me from the inside. secondly, I wasn't given any increment during my tenure despite their promise and my asking them repeatedly about it. When I finally left, they made me wait more than 15 days from the usual date for my salary, The bosses were incredibly bad at behaving. They do not value a writer, they will throw you out anytime. I'm not tarnishing the image of the organization or anything. Editors are good, the content manager is really good as well. the guys at the top are the ones who will make you regret joining....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
