This company is not suitable for any ,I really advise not to join this company, very bad culture, there is no corporate environment, this is baniya ki dukan, they don't pay Sunday salary

Maine apne pure life me isase jhandu bakwas raddi company nahi dekhi hai. Ye kahte kuch aur hai karte kuch aur hai. HR kuch aur sochta hai branch pr kuch aur hota hai. Branch wale admin ko bewkoof bnate hai admin branch walo ka paisa kaat kr unhe bewkoof bnata hai. Meri salary 35000 bola tha jisme se 15000 mai inka product sale krne m lga dia. Kyoki dusra sales person apna target pura karne me apni jeb se paise lgata hai. 1347 ka product market me 1200 ka bikta hai. Ya to branch wale MD se jhuth bolte hai ya fir ye MD ki hi chaal hai jeb se paisa niklwana. Branch pr bolte hai 1 gaadi se 2 log jayenge yha loader magic pr sara mal bhej kr sales person branch pr baithe rhte hai 1 gaadi aati hai 4 gaadi dikhate hai. Account wali care taker sb mile huye hai. Jhuth bolkr business kr rhe hai. Yeh haak hr ek branch ka hai. Isliye koi sales person yha kaam ni krna chahta hai. Worst company ever. Employees khud senior k bare m ulti sidhi baat krte hai. Haddd to tb ho jati hai jb seniors k relationship k baare m b baat hoti hai 🤣🤣🤣 gzb ayyash log hai. Ye sale kahte hai ye target pura kr do ye milega. Ghata kuch dete nj upr se chhuttiyo m b kaam karate hai. Diwali ka bonus b ni dia aur diwali k din b kaam krwaya. Fraud company hiring for accounts and admin and after joing they will tell you that your role is a salesman, visit 90 retailers daily and sell their patanga 50kg washing powder daily otherwise sunday salary deducted from basic and no other benifit and after 1 month if you unable to do so they will terminate you immediately, only andonly role for salesman, that's why they posting new jobs in every 1 month, so funny....Read More

Good thing is that company provide car for field work even during interview they provide 100Rs for lunch to those people who have interview after lunch

This company is totally banya ki lala company, i don't know that why they dnt provide offer letter, salary slip and no certificate after resign though they don't hire to fresher. 2nd thing patanga detergent powder is 6yrs old product then why they don't advertise on TV or any social media thts y 99% shopkeepers didn't know about this product. This company should ban and sent jail to the owner of this company and managing director also how dare that they are not providing any salary slip, how employees proved themselves that they worked in patanga.
