Maine apne pure life me isase jhandu bakwas raddi company nahi dekhi hai. Ye kahte kuch aur hai karte kuch aur hai. HR kuch aur sochta hai branch pr kuch aur hota hai. Branch wale admin ko bewkoof bnate hai admin branch walo ka paisa kaat kr unhe bewkoof bnata hai. Meri salary 35000 bola tha jisme se 15000 mai inka product sale krne m lga dia. Kyoki dusra sales person apna target pura karne me apni jeb se paise lgata hai. 1347 ka product market me 1200 ka bikta hai. Ya to branch wale MD se jhuth bolte hai ya fir ye MD ki hi chaal hai jeb se paisa niklwana. Branch pr bolte hai 1 gaadi se 2 log jayenge yha loader magic pr sara mal bhej kr sales person branch pr baithe rhte hai 1 gaadi aati hai 4 gaadi dikhate hai. Account wali care taker sb mile huye hai. Jhuth bolkr business kr rhe hai. Yeh haak hr ek branch ka hai. Isliye koi sales person yha kaam ni krna chahta hai. Worst company ever. Employees khud senior k bare m ulti sidhi baat krte hai. Haddd to tb ho jati hai jb seniors k relationship k baare m b baat hoti hai 🤣🤣🤣 gzb ayyash log hai. Ye sale kahte hai ye target pura kr do ye milega. Ghata kuch dete nj upr se chhuttiyo m b kaam karate hai. Diwali ka bonus b ni dia aur diwali k din b kaam krwaya. First of all don't try to work in this company, this is not a company. They call you for interview as a senior , but in interview take convince you to serve as salesman for 240 days after that they will consider to give you offer letter not appointment. Salary will be paid in meetings and only in cash I don't understand how can anyone give 20,000 above salary in cash. Somebody have to complain this things to government authorities. MD is the only person who have powers in this company only he can make decisions for hiring and firing both. Each and every salesman is hired by MD himself,other person like HR admins or anyone else in system can select any employee. Everyone else is there just to sit and flattering to MD. There is nothing to like in this company. If you want to waste your time ,career and energy , definitely this is good place for you. Some old employees of Lucknow branch of SP Jagannath group told me that no one can survive here more than 2 months and if you go to any branch of SP Jagannath group only some female employees are same rest of the staff change every month. In this company e as a salesman, you have to sale the patanga washing powder but this is not enough you have to unload the bags from supply van by yourself. Means work as a supply boy to deliver the goods, work as salesman to sell the goods, if you fail to deliver the target they give A4 size paper where you can write your resignation for acceptance for 50% salary for next month....Read More

There is only one task in company which is tu sale patanga washing powder in market. You have to sell the product, deliver them by yourself and collect the cash and deposit the cash to branch in every evening. No job security, they can fire you any time .
