Talking about job security I feel like all the authority only have MD hand. Any time he fire you. Worse culture and very bad management this is not company this is baniya ka shop. If any one reading this please please don't join this so called company.

you do not have any right to do in your style of work. If you have work you have to work what MD told to you if you do not very next day not sure that you working on this company or not.
