I joined Sphinx more than a year ago, Directly Interviewed at Client location. There policies are very stupid, they want 3 month notice period. I guess this is not relevant because at my level as we can handover the work within one month. But this 3 month notice period they have created for there own benefits. its like a trap for the employee. After seeing my good performance the client decided to take me On- Role. I am now full time on my client role and when I mailed for FnF, they mail back a receipt of recovery amount after that I have to pay for not serving the 3 months notice period. I have all proofs. They charge a way more money to client and give a small chunk of cheese to you which they call salary. They are full of Ego, never listen to employees concerns Once they get you on-board after that there is no one to listen to your complaints. Whole team is full of unprofessional people who only know how to play Tambola over a zoom meeting. You will never meet them as from the very first day you will be working on the client site. They are like ghost, only comes when your salary gets credited. so basically they are just taking money from client and giving you, cutting there commissions, Just because they called you from a job portal. that's it. what a business model!!!!!! 👏👏👏👏...Read More
