Toxic work culture if you are not ready go being a Chaplus of your seniors. get ready to take responsibilities for the mistakes done by your seniors, Coz they are busy in fixing their home business and sleeping in office hours yes Talking about RAMVEER SINGH the senior Design engineer (THE SLEEPING BEAUTY) with 0 (Zero) knowledge asper the designation and experience he have, but now his friends in the same team working with him as junior. Never come in Second shift, and when it is about morning shift this Dude never come on time. so leave office late but doing gossip on chair. Mantosh Kumar Jha the another senior who always come to on time but busy in gossip with other senior who is already on chair and killing time coz second shift junior is on working on his Machine. Kumar Jeet Mishra (The biggest chamcha) most of the time looking for single mistake of junior to play blame game and and have conversation for next 8 hours as this dude is getting paid for it only (kaam ata hoga to krega) one best and common thing in all these three fellows, if you dare to ask a single question to them they all have single statement Reference check kro. Because of lack of knowledge they have. they maintain daily work hour sheet in which they wrote everyone's working hours ( the key of their survival) they reduce juniors hours and increase their. Kumar jeet Mishra done masters in it. overall summery if you join SPHINX WORLDBIZ as junior you will learn politics that's to dirty, or chaplusi for sure but if you really want to learn work you will only able to learn check references only. It's a very good company for freshers or having experience less then 2 years. Work culture and all depends on program to program or client to client. Sometimes you found it really good and sometimes it's worse. All an all it's a good company to give a push to your career. My personal experience with this company is really good. I learnt a lot of things here.
