The work is totally remote which allows me to work and develop skills at the same time since I get a lot of time for myself. There is no time or energy wasted in travelling to the office. The projects which are being developed are highly AI oriented too which is rarely found in any companies where AI roles are more about data curation as compared to core AI

Management is pretty much disconnected from what's happening in the teams. Discrimination with employees not from native state of the company. No appreciation for good work. Since we had WFM ..We dint saw the company where it is located in Hyderabad 😂 WE doubted whether this company is there or not on the earth😂 We were never called onsite to visit the office.

HR was not able to support our team due to client "STG Logistics" pressure for the promises that were made at the time of joining. We were layed off within a year with no options.
