Agents without any experience getting promoted as leads just because they satisfy the people who takes interview. HR for running a family commotion in work space, they only consider their loved ones especially junior HR who doesn't have an idea of the work. Run around gossiping with the people on floor. Don't know what work they should do.

Not Good Salary Hikes & Appraisals. We got recognition from client for two different projects but that is not enough for our reporting manager. I think they don't look even look at the appraisal submission form, they just decide on there one to one relation with the employee.

No appraisal or salary increments has been given to employees for almost two years. There are micromanagement and personal life discussions sessions going on rather than focusing on task.
