Not Good Salary Hikes & Appraisals. We got recognition from client for two different projects but that is not enough for our reporting manager. I think they don't look even look at the appraisal submission form, they just decide on there one to one relation with the employee.

There are no opportunities to learn or grow skills. There is no clear job role description or transparency of the daily basis work details. No appraisal or salary increments has been given to employees for almost two years. There are micromanagement and personal life discussions sessions going on rather than focusing on task.
