What makes this organization unique is their pay-structure inclusive of variable pay which most Ahmedabad based company doesn't offer. All that can be relooked / revived is bit of an interiors of the company and more aggressive hiring to build-up a great talent pool.

I have been involved in most areas a Project goes through, starting from technical feasibility at pre-sales level to In-depth requirement discussion and conclusion. Team / Client mentoring towards project execution, functional verification, UAT sign-off.

I already said thru my ratings....I spent my 15 yrs with SPEC and travell the journey from trainer programmer to Practice head in top IT growing period. If still you are thinking, you will definately lost a good opportunity.
