In my tenure at Sparkout Tech Solutions, the standard office hours from 9 AM - 7:30 PM have been challenging, and the salary hikes have not met my expectations. Occasionally, there's a perception of nepotism, which, if addressed, could contribute to a more balanced and inclusive workplace.

Sparkout is the best place to work in software without pressure and lots of knowledge. Management is so good that they handle each and every employee atmost care and handle all the pressures from client and reflect only the positives to employees. They gave lot of time for self development, learning and extra benefits.
