I am currently working in Span International. It is a outsourcing company which works for MSDSonline. MSDSonline is a MSDS management company. Which provides us list of products and their manufacture. We finds MSDS through internet and emails.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
