It fells great to working in SPA Systems.Here all colleague are helpfull and most important thing is that it gives a great chance to learning and building your skills.I am very thankfull to SPA Systems to giving me a great chance to work with them.

No job security, at the time of appraisal they send you a PIP mail and after that no appraisal. No career growth and learning skill- you have to do only repeated task on daily basis. No work life balance at night about 12 or 1 or 2 o'clock you have to work and in weekend also. so terrible. HR policy is worst, nothing in favor of employee.
