One of leading school of the locality (naroda) with all best and latest facilities provided not only for students but also for faculties. SIS mainly focuses on enhancing students IQ by having creative teaching learning activities and organising varied range of student skill endorsement activities which can help them improve in both scholastic and Co scholastic areas.

Work Details

I look after primary sections that is grade : 1 to 5 -m My job profile includes taking care of smooth functioning of all teaching learning activities, Co curricular activities, students decipline,teachers training and Solving parents Queries too.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
