Excellent in alloting huge targets but worst in getting assistance for departments in solving customer complaints. Mental and physical health of staff seriously affected. We have vision less and aim less management currently . Regional head of Bangalore wre m Woking is totally biased and can never create a fruitful environment. The structure is very rigid and conventional with least option flexibility. Banks are forcing for sales but with no framed strategy...not at all a recommendable job I must say.
