1. Most of the promotions are based on nepotism 2.Hardly shows professionalism in all aspects 3. Still follows a laggardly work culture and attitude .

We have vision less and aim less management currently . Regional head of Bangalore wre m Woking is totally biased and can never create a fruitful environment. We don’t know on what basis people gets promoted here . Today if bank offers VRS then min 300 people will resign immediately.
