I am working in south Indian bank is by contract wise. There is no career and growth Oppurchunities for me.

Work life balance is nothing. 8 hours of work. For extra payment for extra hour is less and if any lockdown and covid Cases is there then staffs will take leave and we contract wise workers have to come and has to do lots of pending work has to do.
