They told me job would 3 months contract and then on companies payrol however that did not happen for 9 months and finally had to search for a new job as project was complete. I experience a lot of things here related to work. The other employees including seniors they are very helpful and always ready to provide assistance to their colleagues.

I would like to do a request about the washroom here which is most important part of this company to be improved plus the water issue which occurs in every 4-5 days, the water supply in washroom is very less.

Unethical Practices and Employee Exploitation No Proper Employee Benefits: Despite legal requirements, the company does not provide adequate benefits like Provident Fund. Additionally they deduct insurance amounts from employee salries Unfair Notice Period Policies: The company enforces an excessively long 90 days notice period, but this seems to apply only when employees resign. In cases where the company decides to remove an employee, they do not follow the same notice period or provide the necessary support. Delayed Settlements and Relieving Letters: Getting a final settlement and relieving letter from this company is an extremely frustrating process. After notice period company takes up 90 dyas to complete the settlement, resulting in nearly six months of hardship for employees. Trapping Employees: They seem to use long notice periods and unfair termination practices as a way to trap employees, making it difficult to leave the company without severe consequences. This creates an extremely stressful work environment. Poor Management: The management team is highly unprofessional and shows little respect for employees time, rights, or career growth.
