There is no job security, management and principal will involve in every aspect of lecturer does. Specially principal always degrade the lecturer and keep spy around a person. If a person is illhealth they doesn't think about the condition of a person, they just ask them to quit the job without thinking about the further condition of a person at home.

Work Details

The job is very nice as we are around the students it's a challenging job handling them and teaching simple English to them making them to get attracted to our teaching was a challenge. We get multiple job opportunity to taken apart from teaching.
