The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I like the fact I am apart of team that market reliable,high quality product and has a global client base.Daily my team leader assign any work.I did worked on that ticket. I have any doubts ask my team leader.Once again clearly explain the doubts.I like that all employees are closely to each other.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent.but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high some based on the requirements.some time late into the night.Iam not attending the client call.only my team leader is attending to the client calls. No jobs training fresher.
