One word that describes soti is "Terrible". The leadership rules by fear, if you are someone who is good at politics n massaging boss ego, you will survive else you will regret your decision to join them n going through inhuman experience. Never join.

Leadership which is non competent. Policies which promotes politics inside the organisation.

Industry standard salary, good work life balance and supportive peers. The organisation as a whole is good, but the leaders at TA department - terrible!

Dislikes

Managers! They don't have a stand of their own. Everyone is trying to take advantage of each other's situation. A few ex leaders created problem within their team! For them work ethics - 0, office politics - 100. Promotions and appraisal are not dependent on the work but how you bootlick the manager! If you have stand of your own - say goodbye to your job.

Very limited opportunities to grow, a biased management, abuse of policies that they have designed themselves. Public humiliation is a daily thing, job dissatisfaction, unnecessary ask. They might be doing good in Canada or other regions but in India, do not join the P&C team. People responsible for building the culture are culturally unfit to do so.
