Ahmedabad engineering team (earlier cyberoam) was bought by Sophos. Slowly power is shifting to Bangalore, so Ahmedabad team doesn't coopertate to bangalore teams at all. In the name of no-spoon feeding, there is no cooperation, no mentoring, guidance, sharing knowledge etc. Managers from Ahmedabad hardly have any communication withbangalore team. Also there is hardly any communication or reachability in higher management from Sophos. Work wise also, I worked on random non core domain projects. So waste of time. However, there are few teams which operate independently in bangalore & has no relationship with Ahmedabad, which can be a good option....Read More
