Top management will promise lot of things while hiring but that is completely different when you join. They don’t want to take any risk or try anything new. Other long timers(4-5year) are fooling them with crap work.

The company policies sometimes baffle me. For simplest of the tasks there are no policies and no reporting available. The team in India is toxic. If you are outspoken, then forget your career growth. You have to do as they command you to do else, there are consequences.
