Nothing.. if you do not have skills.. join there in low salary and enjoy for years..

Dislikes

The company has started 12 years back.. and till now 14 plant mangers have left.. and many others for several other positions.. the locals are highly political in the company.. and the management is un supportive.. even they will not clear your final accounts.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Temmates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are gair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
