Very unprofressional. Scheduled interview which was very basic for my experience. Asked about salary expectation in technical round and then they didnt even come back with feedback even after calling them multiple times. If they dont have budget or intension to pay when it was clearly called out during initial HR discussion then they shouldnt have scheduled the interview in the first place

Overall a kafkaesque experience. Unemployment has fewer downsides than being employed here. The short stint here made me appreciate all previous, current and likely the future employers a lot more. You MUST work here atleast once in your life.

Typical small organization with a startupesqe culture where there is blatant abuse of power and designation. This amplified for me considering I joined in during covid where middle management was even more dru/nk on power. Their favourite can do no wrong and all the feedback for his/her inability to deliver outcome magically finds it's way to everyone else. My leadership specifically made an especially sneaky move to block my movement within projects when I quit to ensure my request to leave the project can only be honored if I left the organization entirely. As a first company it teaches me a lot, how the work culture could be and what the things need to do and what not to do, to survive in the field. Help me to gain knowledge on respective techincal area Azure Data Engineer. And making a good relationship with colleagues and makeing new frnds.

If you are full work holic, this company is not good for your growth. There are no projects very few projects will be there and mostly support. And the projects sometimes in middle got cancelled. So it's disturb your learning path and the carrier. No hikes, job security is very minimal we can't know when they will tell to submit resignation. So, if you want the growth this company is not good option for you. No work satisfaction No recognisation for the work that you did They will give their tasks to you when you are in bench and they will use you without tagging into the project. old company with over 5000 employees and a brand name. Good for women mostly

Very few projects. Company is not growing as such. Toxic management who pushed workload on the employees. Minimal to no hikes. Mostly support projects with no scope of learning. Will not recommend this place if you are looking for full stack / backend development work.

50% salary deduction ,if you come out of the project. it is very difficult to get tagged to a project. Majority of the projects are short term project company is outside the city (Global Village tech park, Pattanagere), so travelling this long everyday is very difficult.

Below Average now , 3 years back is good now worrest management, work culture is not good.

Work culture is worrest, doing lot of politics managers and team leads , some team leaders continuously working same project. They are doing politics . Taking money for support monthly 25k to 30k from new joiners if they are not paid they are moving to Bench or raising PIP.

It was better when it was just Sonata, now with the new Management its Sonata 2.0

The new Business leads does not deserve to be here, I am in Sonata since last 7yrs, and never seen some like this person, always comes up with some story for not giving appraisal and promotions.
