Half Salary for first 6 Months. The Company is dealing with the Engineering products without a Single Engineer in a Sales team and reporting to the director who has zero knowledge of sales. Extreme Work pressure and every minute reporting, You have to report everything like what you eat etc. etc. Your life will become hell, You have to visit the customers daily and pressurized the customer for orders. If some customer didn't give the appointment or neither receives the calls then its your fault. Weekly target meetings which was conducted only to harassed you. 80% Staff is Female hence lots of politics. No life only work & Targets & mainly reporting. The reporting manager (Uneducated) is not trustworthy (Double Dholki). He will say something to you and different to the director. He will left you alone in the meetings. HR is pathetic.
