This company is completely toxic with no work life balance, no growth opportunity, job security and only would be used as a resource to them to do cheap labour for them. Trust me,they just want to use you and make you sign bond with them with false hopes of growth and salary opportunity but only want to use their employees for their benefits. They will even ask to deposit cheque of new two month salary to get full time opportunity as they hire only for internship in beginning and will get most of the work done by you like in name of learning during internship period only.
