Salaries compared to other organisations in high initially but for experienced candidates, they don’t raise much during the joining or after one year even if your performances are nothing less than excellent. Even if you are the best performer of the whole organisation, the promises are not fulfilled and the hikes are given as per the organisations will. The only good thing is a good initial/fresher package.

Dislikes

Not employee centric and if you push for your deserved and legal demands, they back off and easily tell you to leave even when they can easily fulfil the demand or request. They get very high bonuses from the client side but employees don’t get what they deserve.

I would not recommend anyone to join Solid Systems Global, Srinagar. The manager Haider Gazi is one of the worst, egoistic, high headed person that I've ever come across in my life. He never listens to the concern of the employees, always tries to dictate terms and doesn't even provide proper incentives and compensation. The QualityAnalysts are good for nothing but they'll act like everything is your fault<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. There is no job security and there is no hike in salary even after 6 months of doing job with that company.You have to work in even night shits always without even odd shift timings and you will not get any incentives for that.
