Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Attitude of MD. No joining process lile Documentation,Proper Welcome on board mail,Induction When met MD he had such a face which spoils your day.. He has nothing to care about HR (Employees of the company) Poor communocation between corporate HR I felt like I was put in isolated cabin where there are filles,papers were unkept. So my ratings are in negative(-) Better to be unemployed than to be a part of solex energy.HR from Surat is poor.Very poor support system.There is no support system at all.If you dont trust than just be part of it and have a horribel experience by yourself. MD has no sense to write mail and talk with employees specially for new joinees.Instead of making new joinees feel comfortable he makes new joinee to a awkward and uncomfortable situation.
