1. I have been working for this company for more than 5+ years. It is a US-based company. 2. On time salary. No delays. 3. Employees are allowed to learn new skills. 4. The salary and appraisal cycle are similar like to MNCs. 5. The company brought me B1 visa, which allowed me to travel to the united states and participate in many business conferences.

1. The company can initiate the H1B process for potential employees. 2. Due to work-from-home culture, nowadays no get-togethers are happening.
