Company should consider playing fair with employees and people with calibre should be considered for managers roles. Otherwise only people who are in the good books of managers will stay in the company. Policies are horrible, gratuity and medical benefits are paid from the salary which is terrible. Hikes are pathetic. Any day they may say that you can resign.
