working at this company has been an extremely frustrating experience. The culture is suffocating, with constant micromanagement and no trust in employees. Even the smallest decisions require unnecessary approvals, leaving no room for independent thinking or innovation. Salary is well below industry standards, and raises are rare. There is no clear career progression, and management actively discourages about growth. many talented employees have left due to the lack of opportunities. If you're not assigned to a high-profile project with a good client, your career will stagnate, and you'll be overlooked for promotions or salary increases. for freshers, the company enforces a 3 year bond, which is unreasonable and exploitative. Layouffs happen without warning, creating a constant fear of job insecurity. Management's inpulsive decisions make the environment highly unstable. workload expectations are unrealistic, you're expected to handle tasks meant for multiple people, with no additional compensation or recognition. If you ask for help, the response is usually to "figure it out" on your own.
