I liked everything about my first company, since it was my first job I learnt a lot related to my work. I never saw anything wrong with the management or leads. All were very much supportive all the times. Getting a job without experience was a bit hard for me. Every where I was asking for either experience or reference. This was the only company with no reference and experience gave me a job. Though they provided me an opportunity I was the one who kept all my efforts and time to learn and got the client placement by the support from Socbridge. Even though we are talented, we need a flatform to prove it. For me Socbridge provided that. I experienced the encouragement and support from the team. Dislikes

One thing I was not liking was giving multiple opportunities for the employees, when someone failed to prove themselves they should take an action immediately. But I never saw that kind of vigorous actions from them. Those employees were trying to pull back them. I don't like those kind of employees
