The colleagues are really helpful. You will never feel like an outsider here.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The management isn’t transparent. Salary is good but career development is very slow. There’s a voucher system which can last for as many years as the school wants after which there is a bond of two years before which you cannot resign.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
