Fixed working hours, good metallurgical company. Big name world wide. Nice tag to work for.

No progress, no promotion based on merit, bootlickers and yes boss type attitude. No innovation. Tag line is project first but internal implementation team will work as an seperate organisation. Project is last of their priorities. Wants to be an EPC but has no such capabilities. Management will not change any non functional and tota lly worthless individuals leading teams in implementation engineering. Total implementation engineering leads along with HOD is in cahoots. They are unable to provide engineering solutions for the organisation. Unprofessional attitude of HOD implementation engineering team. Growth offered to specific individuals who are close to HOD even blatantly elevating diploma engineers over capable people. A specific HVAC Lead will ask to know the value of your salary if you join.
