1. No Value for Education. 2. Handful number of HoDs are not even Graduate Engineers. 3. Few people will never retire in the company, especially the Head of Engineering. Retirement rule is applicable only for few employees. 4. Metallurgical Company fired all Metallurgists during COVID time. 5. Politics in Workplace is tremendous. 6. Management treats old employees very badly. 7. Changes designation whimsically very often. 8. I had worked in this organization for more than a decade. This is a completely fraud company. Recently they fired their Purchase Head who worked for the company from 1996. The Company has degraded after the CEO and HR head have been changed. Recently there are instances wherein the HR has called the candidate and confirmed about thejob. The HR even asked the candidate to start negotiating with the present employer for early release. But, after all these, the HR cheated the candidate by not issuing the offer letter. This is a completely fraud company who can ruin your career. Think 1000 times before joining here....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me.
