Working with SMEC is a wonderful experience. The company has a very good standard for it's employees. The company is focused on employees work life balance. Also the growth is very good if you are capable. The mentorship & support of leadership is always encourage the employees and in SMEC it's really commendable. Appraisals are fair and they give a fair salary hike every year.

On job training is really required time to time.
