I joined the company as fresher and they have provided every opportunity for me to grow my career in software industry. I had a very good manager who has great knowledge in Tech. CEO and the rest of the staff are very supportive and they have great vision.

Dislikes

During my tenure at SMBXL, I didn't have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies in the market. The tech stack they used was not aligned with current industry trends, which limited exposure to more modern tools and practices.

I really enjoyed the collaborative and supportive work environment. The team is always willing to help. The thing I appreciate most is the company’s encouragement for continuous learning if you’re willing to learn new tools or technologies there are plenty of opportunities to do so.
