The company follows Hire and Fire policy. They fire most of the new joiners during probation period. There could be any reason for firing, your performance may not be good, or they might have no project for you, or they would have found some new employee who would take less salary, or CTO, CEO, CFO would be hiring his relative in the company for which he would need to fire some employee on whose place he would make his realtive to join. If you are a fresher or from a different branch of study than CSE, you may be given a random framework to learn and will be judged within a week on live project. If you cannot perform or need help, you will be fired. However, if you are a relative of the CTO, CEO, or any management team member, your job will be secure regardless of your performance. The work-life balance is terrible. The CEO, who works from home in the US, expects everyone in India to work from the office. Even after working from 10am to 8pm, employees get calls at 10pm to fix issues or bugs they did not create. I personally experienced working for a month straight without a single day off or overtime pay. The management expects excellence but lacks the necessary skills themselves. The CTO cannot communicate properly, making it difficult to understand his ideas and if you didn't work based on his idea or if you misunderstood something which he conveyed then you will get a nice scolding from him and a warning that you will be fired soon. The working culture is very bad. The stress and pressure caused me to cry after a long day and week with no proper sleep. I regretted joining this company every day and would advise others to think twice before joining. Many positive reviews about the company are fake, and employees are often forced to write them.
