As long as seniors don’t know you your life is okay here. Learning n all depends on your own efforts as elsewhere.

Job security is not there. N female employees are sexually harassed and abused by the base camp members. Since it’s a family company, no actions taken against harassment n abuse against the base camp family members n female employees are fired if they bring this up. Meetings held in conference rooms by seniors are suspicious. Many females have faced molestation in the past. Females were fired during maternity leaves. N v less females in the top positions too. Once fired they don’t give relieving documentation n good relieving n for documentation police help n labor union help needs to be sought. Work is very stressful too. Strict timelines to complete the work. You will be assigned multiple projects to handle. Weekends are working too. If projects go on hold or clients leave, the team will be fired immediately. Many good employees who had been with the organization for years had been fired with out any notice n in a day asked to leave. Gratuity will not cleared even after serving for 5 years. Since all the family members are the top ppl in all the three branches, it’s difficult to climb up the ladders even for male members without pleasing the family members. Buttering culture is encouraged. The CEO’s in laws are not involved in the office affairs but needs to be pleased coz of their ego coming from military background which is not agreeable to all. Smartdata has no more good employees. All the good employees serving for years has left and fired from the organization. In 2018, top directors were accused of suspicious activities in the company and cyber crime officials were involved too. Lot can be written but words will always fall short.
