Lots of projects/work. Job security directly linked to lots of work. Always busy. Good opportunities for career growth. Old technology as well as new technology, scope to learn lot of stuff. Average salary and hike.

It is not a 9 hour job rather 12 hour job. You are paid for 9 hours but work for 12 hours. You will always be busy from 9 am till 9 pm atleast. No free days at all. Terrible work life balance. Your work won't be visible, leads usually take the credit of work. Old Code is not maintained at all. There is no documentation nor code comments. No flexibility , no work from home , time tracking of employees. Don't get fooled by covid-19 period. Only 7 public holidays in a year. Take leave and you have done a crime....Read More
