It's product based software company. Where we see entire SDLC implementation practically. From the learning points we get a chance to learn programming and agile methodology in full fledged manner. I don't think no one has a concern of learning.

If you fit here with management philosophy you are good to go else you will suck. No matter how much experience you have or from where you are coming. They have lot of money and can give any hike while hiring. You can ask for any absurd hike and chances are you may get it.

2-3 people are running it. Those 2-3 people should recognize your visibility and you are hero else you are nobody and you don't even exist. For everything bad they have money. No perks and benefits, no job security, no team management, only favouritism/Nepotism

Do not join this company. 1) Blood relationships like Husband and Wife are working in the same team which makes absolutely no sense. 2) Team leads/Managers bossy nature will make your life hell. 3) No learning path and technical education and training given by internal team. 4) Indian company with Indian businesses mindset, where they only care for US/Onshore/Onsite people, No advantage for Indian employees. 5) Appraisals are always delivered late or they try to make it not Possible by hook or crook with proper intention. They will put you on PIP with no reason and make your appraisals delay. 6) No roster, no team management, no discussion in team, no transparency at all. 7) No cab benefits, no medical support from office. 8) No work life balance. 9) If you become the favourite person of your managers, you can also be a team lead from a newly hired associate, that too with in a couple of months. And after that you can hire your wife in the same team no matter she has the basic knowledge of computer science or not. 10) No job security at all they can fire you at any time, I have seen many HRs with engineers being fired in a single day....Read More
