In my team, the work life balance is okay. My manager is supportive and that really affect how I feel about the company.

In some teams, there are toxic managers. People work on Saturdays and Sundays as well. Working after 6 is common for a lot of people. Appraisals are on a yearly basis and then too they are very delayed. The hybrid model will slowly transition into full time from next year.

work is not more, almost seasonal there will be months when you will have no work and get salary credited for free, but when there is work no leave is granted and you’ll have to be available 24/7 ,

Ít totally depends on the manager and the team you will get, if your manager is illiterate you’ll face issues, and if you have necessary skills required then you’ll enjoy here and after some time you’ll switch.

Work wise opportunities are good for freshers it's a must go organisation.

Management is not mature, sometimes you will feel few college going students running organisation. They do not have any HRMS everything is controlled by Managers and then CEO. HRs doesn't know anything. Too much Favouritism!! Layoffs also happens sometime. And the worst is they care about their work only not at all about you and your family and priorities.
