Company culture is not good. Old employee of SEW are very rude they even don't give project KT to new joinee. Work culture is also not good. Almost all developer do work till late night.

...uch. Manager especially in UI UX team have no manners how to talk to there team. There is 4 to 5 employee who is Managers chamcha chilling all the day without any work getting salary in free fund.

If you fit here with management philosophy you are good to go else you will suck. No matter how much experience you have or from where you are coming. They have lot of money and can give any hike while hiring. You can ask for any absurd hike and chances are you may get it.

...lse you are nobody and you don't even exist. For everything bad they have money. This is an org when you want to increase your package you can come here and then out papers and then if lucky they will raise your package. Otherwise not much to learn.
