Who are we looking for?
- We are now looking for a talented and driven individual to accelerate our efforts and be a major part of our high quality culture.
- This person will work closely with product engineers, solution engineering, and product quality team to innovate, build & deliver high quality CX Platform for Energy and Utilities.
- A successful candidate will be both technically strong and business savvy, with a passion to make an impact through her/his product vision, strategy and delivery.
Product & Techno-Functional Mindset:
- A track record of shipping high quality Enterprise or SaaS products
- Understanding of industry trends, market proposition, and competitive benchmark
- Experience in web/mobile applications and interfaces with modern UX/UI patterns
- A techno functional mindset that allows you to solution the problem technically and functionally - Experience in 3rd party integrations with understanding of technical concepts and architecture
- Advanced analytical, problem solving, research, and time management skills.
Product Management & Product Development:
- Manage the product throughout the product lifecycle, develop product roadmaps and feature solutions.
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate product configurations against existing business and system processes of the client.
- Expertise in product documentation like business requirement document (BRD)/ system specification documents (SSD), prototypes, workflow diagrams, use case diagrams, stories etc.
- Ability to understand and articulate end-to-end scenarios technically and functionally.
- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers to think boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete products and execution.
- Define and analyze metrics for the success of products.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to fully understand business needs to effectively deliver new product features as per customer needs.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Provide detailed walkthrough sessions of new product releases to sales, solution engineering and product engineering teams.
- Assist Quality Management team to make sure deliverables are always at par with defined standards of Product.

- Accomplished team leader who demonstrates a flexible approach, align with organization and customer vision, and delivers high quality solutions.
- Able to establish credibility based on experience and skill set.
- Effective when communicating with technical and non-technical individuals to drive understanding and inspire innovation in the Platforms.
What you'll need to have (Qualifications):
- Min 4 years of hands-on product management experience with both web and mobile products.
- Analytical thinking and great problem-solving skills
- Clear focus on customer/end user requirements/solutions
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact persuasively with engineering and design teams.
- Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web / Mobile applications.
- Understanding of Enterprise systems - SAP, CC&B, Maximo etc.
- Responsible for the product roadmap, planning, development strategy and vision of our Vertical SaaS Payment solutions.
- Understand the Payment Landscape to build & enhance CX product strategy for Global Energy and Utilities Industry
- Oversee the full portfolio of CX Payment platform and intersect with multiple technical and functional teams
- Should have prior experience with multiple Payment Gateways, payment methods, payment channels integration and product development.
- Act as the voice of the user in product and API designs, gathering direct feedback from customers
- Strong focus on user-experiences, from front-end UI, requirements docs, user stories, and deep understanding of technical integrations
- Should have prior experience of Product development & delivery in the payment's domain
- Navigate emerging technology understand the impact of regulations in different regions
