Company does not have a proper culture. Only one person makes the rules, as per his need and convenience. No room for idea sharing, as it will not be taken. Overall behavior is very poor. Often slangs are used by superiors. No vision, no planning.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
