they simply hire saying variable and fixed pay, but will not pay you the variable pay, also deduct salary saying submission is low, as the in-hand salary and they credit the salary based on their wish, if you are relieved they ll not give any proper papers/ salary for the month/days u have worked saying the market is down, nothing is good there. there won't be good client follow-up simply they blame us for not getting closure. pathetic company...Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
