The company is employ centric and doesn't pressurize their employees if they are having a rough time. Management is exemplary because they have work ethics ,treat all their subordinates alike and partner everyone in their success and growth of the company. The problems faced by employees are addressed within a jiffy and resolved in no time.

Dislikes

The only thing I could recall is that we lack a nice cafeteria which was in place earlier and apart from that the salary increment is subsidiary and very nominal.

I have been employed at six sails for past 6 years now. This was my first B2B job but I never felt that cause I had all the support and help that I needed from my management team. I have worked with different organizations but this is by far the best company I have worked with.
