Group of reach educated illiterate people(fool) kept company.they don't know what is VLSI .no project, no work. They beg from employees as gift and see the employees like they servants. actually, who are maintaining that company don't know what is VLSI. And main important thing is MAINLY FOR GOOD GIRLS .ONE DIRVESED BUFFALO WILLFLIRT WITH EACH GIRL AND MISBHAVE . they will keep 3 years fake experience and sent to client. With out any work training.
